Quinn, I believe you are in BIS instead of BES. If you are i nBIS, then chances are you can resend your service book from the carrier page, typically carrier.blackberry.com. If you are on BES then you either need to reactivate your device or ask your administrator to push service book back to you.
Good luck.

Hi there. I'm having this same issue and cannot restore my address book to a new device... the new device doesn't contain any service books to delete, nor can i disable the wireless sync option in address book options because it doesn't exist.

I don't have access to the BES admin and need to do this manually. Of course, the carrier and RIM are of no help unless I pay an insane amount.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Desperately needing my contacts pulled from this recovery file!

Thanks

Good info. Allowed me to restore everything *but* Calendar entries after a wipe. I have no idea why, but the two calendar entries in the list remain grayed out and no matter what I do, they won't enable me to restore. I'd appreciate anyone running across this that has the answer to add a response. Thanks in advance!
