Part V – Mark Prior Opened from within BB device

Mark Prior Opened

When performing mark prior open, something similar to below will be logged.
This mailbox has a few hundreds of unread items and the user also move emails from within the Outlook. (trying to organize in sub-folders).

As a result you will see items could not be located and thus the error code and failure message. Pay attention to “Found RefId…”
