If you are i nBIS, then chances are you can resend your service book from the carrier page, typically carrier.blackberry.com. I'm having this same issue and cannot restore my address book to a new device... the new device doesn't contain any service books to delete, nor can i disable the wireless sync option in address book options because it doesn't exist. I don't have access to the BES admin and need to do this manually. Of course, the carrier and RIM are of no help unless I pay an insane amount. Any help is greatly appreciated!
